Although, I've visit Vat Haw Pra Kaew in Vientiane before, I thought I'd visit again. And sure enough there's always some new random additional items they put out on display.
This time it's these wonderfully detailed carvings. If you look closely you can see the variety of little vignettes carved into different sections of these 2 large old tree trunks.
They include a temple facade, elephants and other animals, flowers, Vat Pu ruins, among a few other things.
