The COPE Center in Vientiane is a combination of museum and art displays. But more importantly, it's about raising awareness of unexploded ordinance (UXO) left over from the Vietnam War era - which over in this part of the world is referred to as the American War.
What COPE also does is that it creates prosthetics and devices that make living with physical impairment, or missing limbs, easier for those who have been affected by UXOs.
Quite humbling to see all this.
The exhibit it free to enter but donations are certainly welcome.
