Russian diplomat translates perfect Lao

News clips of foreign diplomats occasionally speaking Lao at news conferences and during interviews can be seen across the internet.  But this clip takes the cake in an impressive display of Russian-to-Lao translation.

During a very noteworthy press conference about Russian scholarships being awarded to Lao students in 2015, Nikita Vlasov, a diplomat from the Russian Embassy in Vientiane provides a perfect live translation of Russian Ambassador Baranov's speech to the audience.

It's his accent that is quite noteworthy.
