Liberia Seeks Laos’s Help in Rice Self-sufficiency

Liberia has made yet another friend on the world stage, this time, one that shares similar developmental challenges but has had success in noteworthy areas. It was on this trajectory that Liberia’s newly accredited ambassador to the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR), Dudley McKinley Thomas, has presented his Letters of Credence to the President Bounnhang Vorachith.
