The worldwide news producing organization, the Associated Press, has shared hundreds of their news clips and historical videos on their Youtube channel.  Many of the video clips have historical value today and some are related to Laos.

Here's an example shown above.  One taken from April 20, 1974, showing King Savang Vatthana receiving pro-communist leader Prince Souphanouvong and others at the Royal Palace in Luangprabang.
