1. American Embassy
@ Batholonie - approx. 11,258m²
@ Tadeua - approx. 32,383m²
Total area: 43,641m²
The American's have 2 locations (shown above). The one on Bartholonie is the original one and is still active. However they also built a newer facility that was opened in December 2014 on Tadeua road. Combining those 2 locations gives the Americans the number one spot.
2. Russian Embassy @ Sokpaluang - approx. 40,866m²
Although the American's have the largest area because of combining 2 locations, the Russian embassy has the largest single area.

3. French Embassy @ Setthathirat - approx. 19,439m²

All of these embassies have sprawling amounts of land and several additional buildings to accommodate many uses and employees. On-site they include the embassies themselves, as well as, additional offices, official residences, security and leisure facilities, garages and so fourth. As shown in the images, the sizes mean that in many cases they occupy entire neighborhood blocks. Moreover, in each case, they are fully surrounded by concrete fencing and security cameras.
All totals are approximate with the help of Google Maps.
