3rd Vientianale Short Film Contest

To all film makers, here's your chance to profile Laos and to show your skills.  The Vientianale film short film competition is open to anyone regardless of their background in film making, and they have until January 15, 2013, to submit their entries.

The films must be less than seven minutes long including the title and end credits. Filmmakers can be any age or gender but must live in Laos and deliver their films in DVD format.

There's 6.5 million kip up for grabs for the winner, 4 million kip for second place, and 1.6 million kip for third.
