Snake With Four Legs!

If you didn't know it yet, all things unusual and wonderful appear in Laos.  Snakes don't have legs, right?  In Laos they do!  Take a look at the footage, so to speak, of this newly discovered species from Vientiane Times.  These seemingly crossover species are fascinating.

Side note:  It seems they discover new animals in Laos all the time (or ones that were previously thought to be extinct are rediscovered there).  Laos is a wonderful haven for all sorts of animals and plant life in part because it is underdeveloped and not over populated like its neighboring countries.  Hopefully they can maintain and protect their forests otherwise discoveries like these will become rare.
