What type of talent
search is this?
This is an international
model search to find gorgeous Laotian beauty, male or female.
Who can send in pictures?
Anyone can send in
pictures from any where, young or old, male or female. However
it is preferable if you are of Lao desent/ethnic background since
this is a Lao-related website and the main purpose of this project
is to showcase Lao beauty. Asians in general are encouraged
to submit because we realize in Laos there are many varied and diverse
individuals. As your photos will be used to help represent
Lao talent and beauty, presentable Lao individuals will most
likely be chosen. Equally important is that you must realize
that your image will be seen by thousands of LCW visitors each month
so being shy isn't such a great thing in this case (Note: LCW receives
an average of 70,000 pageviews monthly).

If you are gorgeous
Laotian person (and we know you're out there!), let us use your
image. It's a great way to get noticed and a way to get your
image out there. Not to mention it's a great way to represent
Lao people. Don't be shy!
What will the photos
be used for?
The model's photos will
be used in graphic designing of the LCW site such as banners, ads,
Quote of the Week images, backgrounds, animated gifs, etc.
What format should
the pictures be sent in? And where do I send them?
The photos can be in
formats of *.jpg, *.gif, *.bmp and the filesize should be no larger
than 100k each. Any additional editing will be performed by
the LCW graphic designer.

What types of photos
can be submitted?
Send in at least 2
photos. One with a close mid-chest to head photo and one
full body photo. The best photos to send in will have the
indivudial in (preferably) front of a single colored background.
You may take the photos in any different angle you like. It's
also good to be original - Different angles, different clothing,
dressed up in traditional Lao clothing, etc. Just make
sure everything is crisp and clear.
Nothing obscene or profane
will be accepted.
What information should
I include when I send in my photos?
At the very least be
sure to include your name, ethnic background, location (ie. city,
country), and age. We will never release your personal info.
to the public unless we have asked you and you have confirmed it
(for example, a talent agent writes to us asking about you, we'll
then act as an intermediary). The only thing we will use
publicly is your image/photo, if it is accepted by LCW.
What will I get in
return if I submit photos?
Unfortunately, we're
not offering cash. But we are offering something better -
COVERAGE. Just think: Thousands of people will see your
image (Note: LCW
receives an average of 70,000 pageviews monthly).
It may be one way of starting in the modeling industry. More
importantly you will also get the satisfaction of knowing that your
wonderful image is helping to represent Lao people as well.
