The great majority (70%+) comprise individuals of Laotian descent and the remaining are are non-Lao visitors. • Banner ad (image, text or animation) you wish to place. maximum banner size must equal 216w x 100h pixels. Please look at the banner signs on the left hand to get an idea of the size. Image or animation can NOT be more than 30k in size.
• The link on your site it will be directed to.
• Payment (we will reply with an e-mail link of where to pay)

We reserve all rights to accept or deny the placement of your ad. Nothing offensive will be accepted.

If your ad is accepted you may be permitted to send in your payment. Once your payment is accepted, your ad will appear on our home page for a 30 day period immediately.

Save more money with prepay. However, if you choose to pay only a monthly basis then your cost will be $15/month. Mmaximum file size of 30 Kb.  Your ad will appear on the main front page of LCW plus two additional webpages of your choosing (most people will choose the webpage(s) that are most popular and get the most views OR one(s) that is associated with the product/service they are selling.

Prepay for more months and save more money. Help ensure your ad is on longer to get the most coverage while saving you money. Plus you do not have to worry about your 30 days expiring.

Paypal is beneficial for both parties because payment is received quickly and your ad can go up as soon as payment and ad are received. This online payment service can be used by almost anyone in the world as well.  Unfortunately, due to time constraints we cannot receive payment through mail by money order or check.
